synopsis
Constable Tambe can’t afford the fees to send his little girl to school. He passes up a chance to steal some black money with his colleagues, frustrating everyone. His life has come to a boil. Now, faced with the loud, blinding revelry of a Hindu Festival night, something inside him explodes.
