Desperately broke, identical twin rickshaw drivers Rahim and Rahman buy a single license but ply their rickshaw by day and by night, parading as one person, not realizing that the Police, paranoid after a spate of bombings in Mumbai, now suspect every ghetto Muslim of ‘terror’, especially a rickshaw driver who seems to be concealing a strange secret.
